JOB DESCRIPTION

Live your dream job as a Project Administrator with the Winslow based in the suburb of Ravenhall.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will

• Collate quotes from subcontractors for materials and machinery
  Compile tender documentation
• Create Invoices and Purchase orders as required
• Stock maintenance and ordering of stationery, office and kitchen supplies.
• Support with event organizing and catering and set up of meetings
• Enter supplier dockets, Identify purchase orders and delivery docket discrepancies
• Provide tracking reports to all relevant project stakeholders daily but not limited to: Quantities, Costs, Approvals and Commitments
• Review and reconcile cost database for discrepancies
• Assist in Preparing monthly project reports detailing costs and accruals for each cost centre
• Secure bookings for approved quotes
• Coordinate deliveries of machinery and materials
• Communicate confirmed orders and deliveries to project managers and construction supervisors
• Manage and order stock of tools, equipment, uniforms
• Other tasks as required for support project teams

Here’s what we are looking for…

• A person who is highly organised with great attention detail
• Able to proactively build positive relationships with key stakeholders
• Certification IV in Business Administration/ Accounting / Business degree
• Some expereince in a similar role or a customer service role 
• Demonstrated ability and efficiency in using Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint
