THE ROLE

Live your dream job as a  Site Engineer with the Winslow Constructors team based in Prospect, South Australia.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:

• Assist the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System and liaising and managing client relationships
• Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
• Reporting and mitigating performance issues
• Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
• Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
• Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS’s

ABOUT YOU

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven exposure to earthworks, roads, pavement, structures and civil infrastructure
• Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities (preferable)
• Excellent client relationship management
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors
• Contract management experience desirable
• Excellent people management skills
