The Opportunity
As a Finance/ Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing reception, office administration, and helping the finance team to manage invoices, and cost accruals.
Any given day may see you…
- Manage the reception and office administration
- Manage the uniform ordering process
- Manage the fob allocation process
- Assist with ad-hoc administration including photocopying, post and courier requirements, preparation of various correspondences and document formatting and presentations
- Creating Invoices and Purchase orders as required
- Stock maintenance and ordering of stationery, office and kitchen supplies.
- Support with event organizing and catering and set up of meetings
- Entering supplier dockets, Identify purchase orders and delivery docket discrepancies
- Provide tracking reports to all relevant project stakeholders daily but not limited to: Quantities, Costs, Approvals and Commitments
- Review and reconcile cost database for discrepancies
- Assist in Preparing monthly project reports detailing costs and accruals for each cost centre
- Continually challenge and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems through review and analysis of all transaction/process bottlenecks
- Develop an expert understanding and knowledge of the Winslow’s accounting systems and databases.
Here’s what we are looking for…
- A person who is passionate in accounting and administration.
- Certification IV in Business Administration/ Accounting / Business degree
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability and efficiency in using Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint
- Demonstarted ability to proactively building relationships with key stakeholders
