Winslow Infrastructure is involved in building Melbourne’s vast infrastructure network and requires a professional, engaged and driven Document and Systems Administrator to join our high performing team
- Passionate about Civil Construction Health and safety compliance requirements
- Experience working with Safety Compliance systems such as Rail Industry Worker, Damstra, hammer tech or 3D Safety
- Based in Port Melbourne
The Opportunity
As a Document and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing safe contractor onboarding, ensure HSEQ and commercial compliance, consolidate project reporting, and provide administrative support to HSEQ teams.
Any given day may see you…
- Manage the compliance and onboarding process of businesses, personnel and equipment
- Actively participate in system or process reviews that improve the business in all areas
- Continually challenge and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems through review and analysis of all transaction/process bottlenecks
- Ensuring project compliance systems and processes
- Leading and managing end-to-end project reporting
- Interface with HSEQ team to understand requirements and enable effective and timely onboarding of businesses, equipment and personnel
- Foster a culture of engagement and accountability within the project team, administration team and other departments
- Promote a solution-based culture to support all areas of the business
- Consciously support and monitor adherence to safety policy and always promote a culture of safety while identifying and reporting risk to management
Here’s what we are looking for…
- A person who is passionate about Civil Construction Health and Safety compliance
- Certification IV in Business Administration/ Health and Safety
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability and efficiency in using Excel, Word, Email, PowerPoint
• Experience working with Safety Compliance systems such as Rail Industry Worker,
Damstra, hammer tech or 3D Safety
