The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator. We have an exciting pipeline of works and a supportive and inspiring team that is truly passionate about what they do.
Any given day may see you…
- Providing commercial advice and assistance where required in respect to Winslow Group contracts, including interpretation, preparation, submission, and compilation/recording/filing of documentation
- Analysis and appraisal of tender submissions
- Dispute resolution - Analysis of claims and counter claims including liaising with legal advisors if required
- Competently and accurately support in the setup of Progress Claims, support regular Processing and Review
- Maintain the contractor data base
- Effectively support procurement activities during tender and delivery phase
- Competently contribute to procurement and project estimating
- Competently support in the Procurement of rates and effectively Award contracts
Here’s what we are looking for…
- A person who excels in collaborating in project teams and has a passion for complex and major infrastructure projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Legal, Quantity Surveying, Commerce or Business.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role delivering civil infrastructure and/or building projects
- Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and team members
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Jobpac and PayApps preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in effectively working with multidisciplinary teams
- Good communication skills
- Team player
