The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. About the role:

• Experience operating 12-65 tonne excavators with hydraulic systems for excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
• Backfilling and compacting trenches and other excavated areas.
• Loading and unloading materials and debris using the excavator.
• Experience and ability to use GPS devices.
• Conducting routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and reporting any mechanical issues.
• Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.

About you:

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in civil construction.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems and attachments.
• Strong knowledge of excavation techniques and site safety procedures.
• A valid excavator operator ticket and any relevant industry certifications.
• A General Construction Induction card (white card)
• A valid driver’s licence
