The Opportunity
Winslow is looking for a savvy graphic designer and web developer wanting to make a difference in a complex and agile business environment to join our high performing team.
The purpose of the role is:
- To develop suitable concepts and designs to suit the business communication / marketing objectives.
- Manage external printing design and production.
- Manage all aspects of Winslow Group websites and subdomains
- To own the development and enhancement of visual brand assets including logos, style guides, web design, packaging, merchandising, print collateral, advertising, and illustrations.
- To develop, manage and administer the Winslow Group online communications platforms and key communications software across all business units. i.e., Wordpress, Joomla, Brandfolder, Salesforce, Vimeo, YouTube.
This role requires exceptional planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Any given day may see you…
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage, understand and interpret the vision and direction of each project to meet the stated briefs within agreed timeframes
- Effectively working together with key business leaders in developing creative direction.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders from concept through to final production on all design projects including (but not limited to) brochures, brand development, presentations, websites, advertising, template development and promotion material across both print and digital platforms.
- Coordinate and providing direction to external creative suppliers – i.e., Photographers, Graphic Designers and Website Developers.
- Participating in general and strategic marketing and communications discussions
- Developing and implementing SEO strategies
- Creating new Brand Identities and guidelines
Here’s what we are looking for…
- A person who is organised, detail orientated, pro-active with excellent time management and communication skills.
- A person who can manage multiple work priorities and can pivot as required
- Bachelor of (Graphic) Design (or equivalent)
- Cert IV is Web-based Technologies (or equivalent)
- A developed portfolio of graphic design and website work
- Demonstrated ability and efficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Acrobat, Lightroom, Joomla, WordPress, Salesforce, Exclaimer, Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstarted ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders
- Someone solution focussed and a positive problem solver.
