About the role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will

  • Set up a safe site in accordance with the safety time and drive a safety first culture;
  • Ensure the companies environmental requirements, policies and objectives are being followed by employees and sub-contractors
  • Deliver project compliance in accordance with the Winslow's Integrated Management System
  •  Liaise and manage client relationships.
  •  Monitor performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
  •  Report and mitigate performance issues.
  •  Report production costs daily, weekly, and monthly.
  •  Procure plant, equipment, and material.
  •  Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and SWMS's

 

About you:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience (min 4 years) as a Site Supervisor on subdivisions, bulk earthworks, TMR and civil infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure
  • Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities
  • Efficient and economic use of resources
  • Effective leadership of the construction team
  • Experience in delivering Start-ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
  • Mitigating and reporting incidences
  • Referring and communicating requirements of DBYD, PMPs, SWMs, and MSDs
