The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. The Role

• Set up and maintain IT infrastructure at new and existing sites (network devices, Wi-Fi, cabinets, printers, etc.)
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure clean, safe, and secure network environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and connectivity issues onsite
• Support internal helpdesk for Winslow’s custom applications (training provided)
• Manage infrastructure records (switches, routers, UPS, Velo Cloud, etc.)
• Liaise with vendors for cabling, equipment issues, and upgrades
• Oversee Teams video conferencing systems and printer fleet
• Procure and provision IT equipment (laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.)
• Maintain security dashboards and manage vendor escalations
• Track and manage IT assets, including stock and equipment lifecycle
• Support head office IT requirements
• Regular travel to job sites, and hub offices

About You

• Working knowledge of IT operating systems.
• Working knowledge of mobile devices and technologies.
• 3+ years' experience in an IT support or administrative role.
• Experience in maintaining clean, safe, secure server rooms and data cabinets
