Due to continuous growth and project wins, the Winslow Constructors team has career opportunities available for a recent Graduate Engineer to join our Brisbane Region

THE ROLE
In this hands-on role as a Graduate , you will be required to:

• Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System and liaising and managing client relationships
• Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
• Reporting and mitigating performance issues
• Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
• Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
• Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS’s

ABOUT YOU

• A degree in Civil Engineering
• An understanding of earthworks, roads, pavement, structures and civil infrastructure preferable.
• Exposure to working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities preferable
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management 
• An ability to form rapport with subcontractors
• Exposure to contract management desirable
• Able to work well in a team enviroment 
• Passionate to learn and succeed
