Due to continuous growth and project wins, the Winslow Constructors team has career opportunities available for a recent Graduate Engineer to join our Brisbane Region
THE ROLE
In this hands-on role as a Graduate , you will be required to:
- Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System and liaising and managing client relationships
- Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
- Reporting and mitigating performance issues
- Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
- Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
- Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS’s
ABOUT YOU
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- An understanding of earthworks, roads, pavement, structures and civil infrastructure preferable.
- Exposure to working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities preferable
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- An ability to form rapport with subcontractors
- Exposure to contract management desirable
- Able to work well in a team enviroment
- Passionate to learn and succeed
