The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. About the role:

• Provide environmental advice and support across multiple civil construction projects
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, approvals, and company policies
• Implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and Site Environmental Management Systems
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Prepare and submit environmental reports, documentation, and permit applications
• Promote environmental awareness through toolbox talks and staff training

About you:

• Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the civil construction or infrastructure sector
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and industry best practices
• Demonstrated experience with EMPs, erosion & sediment control, and incident response
• Effective communication and engagement skills
• A proactive, practical, and hands-on approach
• Demonstrated ability to lead or desire to be a future leader
