Due to continuous growth and project wins, the Winslow Constructors team has  career opportunities available for a Graduate-KPI Engineer to join our Albury - Wodonga Team

 THE ROLE

In this hands-on role as a Graduate , you will be required to:

  • Assisting the Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, project compliance in accordance with the Integrated Management System and liaising and managing client relationships
  • Monitoring performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts
  • Reporting and mitigating performance issues
  • Reporting production costs daily, weekly and monthly
  • Procurement of plant, equipment, and material
  • Assist with developing and reviewing Management Plans and SWMS’s

 

Winslow offers a two-year graduate program for Graduates, designed to provide you with broad experience across a range of different disciplines in the civil construction industry. Our Graduates will have opportunities to develop and grow their knowledge and skills across Civil Engineering & Surveying

You will be provided with a unique opportunity to develop into a well-rounded construction professional that will lay the foundation and position you for future technical or leadership roles upon the completion of the program. ABOUT YOU

  • A degree in Civil Engineering and or working towards this
  • Proven experience with earthworks, roads, pavement, structures and civil infrastructure preferable.
  • Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities preferable
  • Be physically fit
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can pass a drug and alcohol test ( We have a  ZERO Tolerance to drugs on ALL of our sites, projects and offices )
  • Have a Construction Industry Card ( White Card )
